Recognising a celebrity and asking for a picture is one thing, but Connor Walker took it one step further and slipped a note with his contact details to Jude Law when he spotted him in Bath last week.
The Bath Chronicle spoke to cinema worker Connor Walker, from Peasedown St John about his incredible meeting with the famous actor.

Connor works at the Odeon cinema in the city centre and was told by his manager to “keep an eye on the man acting suspiciously with his hood up” while he was working his evening shift last Wednesday, September 6.
After watching him loiter on his phone for about ten minutes, Connor recognised the familiar face when he tore his ticket for the film Detroit.

“He came to the bottom of the stairs and I tore his ticket.
“I looked at his eyes and recognised him then he said ‘thanks’ and I just knew it was him within an instant.

“He then went upstairs and watched Detroit.
“I finished work at 9.30pm and realised I cannot let this go, I must prove to myself and all my colleagues that I was right,” said the 23-year-old.
When the actor left the cinema, Connor took the chance for ask for a photo.
But he didn’t stop there, he also and slipped him a note with his email address.
To his surprise, Law later emailed Connor apologising for rushing off and thanking Connor for his note.

“Half an hour later I checked my junk emails and there was an email from him apologising for running off and praising me for being a movie madman too.
“I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it all since,” Connor added.
Law is currently filming for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 2 in Lacock, Wiltshire.
