The 12th annual Natural Living Expo will return to Marlborough Nov. 10 and 11. The expo – the largest holistic health and wellness event in New England – features 275 exhibitors, 90 workshops and three keynote speeches.
New England’s largest holistic health and wellness expo – featuring 275 exhibitors, 90 workshops, a live jazz café, healthy foods tent and three keynote speakers – will return to the Best Western Royal Plaza Trade Center Nov. 10 and 11 for the 12th consecutive year.
Brudner created the event more than a decade ago after noticing growing interest in healthy living and alternative forms of medicine. The expo exposes thousands each year to spirit-healing connections, green living, healthy eating, and holistic healing – a form of preventative care that uses tools such as massage therapy and psychic readings.
“We are very excited to be at the expo, the largest gathering of New England’s health and wellness community,” said Michelle Grasso, co-owner of Synergy Wellness Center. “Synergy opened its doors two months ago to provide a unique blend of wellness classes and services to the community of MetroWest Boston. Our mission is to elevate emotional, physical and spiritual health for individuals, their families and personal and professional caregivers who so often put self-care as a low priority.”
Topics of keynote speeches will range from energy medicine healing, personal growth and self-care, and psychic mediums.
Workshops include yoga, movement and meditation sessions, alternative medicine and healthy cooking demonstrations presented by leaders in the holistic field. Attendees can experience Qigong – a Chinese system of physical and breathing exercises similar to tai chi – for the first time at the expo.
Brudner expects attendees to leave the expo with new lifestyle habits or exercises they can implement in their day-to-day lives to improve their health. More than 10,000 people are expected to attend.
